At Georgia’s Pack, our mission is to provide every dog with a calm, comfortable, and compassionate grooming experience — right in the place they feel safest: home. Inspired by our own dog, Georgia, we’re dedicated to building trust through gentle handling, professional care, and genuine love for every pet we serve. We believe grooming should never be stressful — it should strengthen the bond between people and their dogs, one happy, clean pup at a time.
Georgia Gives Back
We donate 3% of every grooming service to the local Horseheads SPCA
We started giving back because of Georgia — her gentle heart and loving nature remind us every day how much dogs give without asking for anything in return. Her kindness inspired us to make a difference for other animals who deserve the same love and care. That’s why a portion of every groom goes toward helping local rescues — it’s our way of sharing Georgia’s warmth and spreading her spirit to dogs in need. 🐾
How Our Service Works

Tell us all about you and your dog!
2. Set up your appointment
One of our dedicated team members will reach out to you and set up your dog's grooming time for what fits best in your schedule.
3. Get a confirmation & meet your groomer
Get a confirmation email along with a quick video of your groomer and how the process works. Plus some tips to make the process as streamlined as possible.
4. Arrival & hello
Your groomer will arrive at your house and will greet you and your dog to say Hi! They will then quickly go over your services and get to work.
5. Setup & Groom
Your groomer will set up their working station including a fold up table, vacuum, clippers, drain cover, towels, and mats to keep your house clean. Then they will move on to a stress free grooming session with your dog (of course taking any potty breaks as needed...for the dog)
6. Cleanup, Review, and Rebook!
Lastly your groomer will ensure everything is cleaned up as if we were never there, walk through the groom with you to make sure your satisfied, get you on the schedule for your next visit, and on to the next one!
